That's why the American Dental Association recommends replacing your brush heads every three months. Frayed, worn bristles are less effective over time. Health is another issue. Unless you religiously rinse your brush with hot water, you're going to have a gradual build-up of disgusting toothpaste and bacteria. And let's not even get into airborne particulates... We send you all 4 sets (a year supply) up front when you order. This is how we are able to save you shipping charges. Every 90 days, we will send you an email reminder when it is time for a new set.
