Investor Update

Everything is moving ahead with 30 Second Smile. We did have a 30 day setback due to flooding of our office/warehouse. An irrigation pipe broke during the night of July 21. We arrived to find the entire floor covered with water. The clean-up crew was not able to stop after simply removing the water due to possible mold damage. They had to remove the lower two feet of most of the walls. We lost about 30 days but we will be back in full operation on Sept 1. We did not have any financial loss as the property owners insurance covered everything.

We have received our first shipment of the new 30 Second Smile TSS300 units. They are the best quality we have ever had, quiet, powerful, and beautiful. At $149, these new units will compete well against the $200 Sonicare which we so soundly defeated in clinical studies.

The only other slight setback is the launch date of the new website. The gentleman who is developing the site became ill, and that caused some delay. We are now shooting for Sept 3 as the launch date for the new site. At that time we will begin our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube advertising campaign to drive customers to the website and Amazon.

From what we have seen of the new website, it is truly going to be amazing. The amount of information that is accessible on the site is staggering. The website developer’s goal is for our site to look and feel as dynamic as the two big competitor websites. That’s another reason it is taking a bit longer than originally planned. We feel that if you’re going to do something as important as a website is today, we need to do it well, and do it right.

In anticipation of increasing sales in the near future via our website and Amazon.com, we have already started the production process for the next run of 5,000 units.

We are in the early planning stage of our shareholder meeting. We have investigated having a virtual meeting on the internet but just too many potential complications. So the shareholder meeting will be at our offices in Escondido California on or about December 10th. We will be sending an e-mail and post-mail to all shareholders with more details shortly
