Investor Update

You may have noticed our website changes over the last few months. Our product branding has been narrowed to 30 Second Smile with our direct sales website, www.30secondsmile.com and Amazon Market Place website, while our corporate website is www.hydrabrush.com. The change was made to leverage our prior infomercial product branding of 30 Second Smile and in anticipation of an increased marketing campaign to further grow sales and product awareness.

On May 15th, Ken Hegemann company founder and product developer will be traveling to China to oversee the manufacturing of 5,000 additional TSS300 model power toothbrushes. The TSS300 model includes all of our latest enhancements; noise cone mold modification for improved water proofing, reprogrammed chip to allow toothbrush to continue running until user turns off, added breathable membrane to allow battery breathability and heat reduction while charging and improved quality control procedures and testing to improve product life and reliability.

We are currently in negotiations with two companies to assist in the marketing and branding of our products on a national and international basis. We are optimistic that we will be successful in reaching a final agreement with one, if not both companies, by the end of May.

We will post an additional update once we have finalized an agreement.
